1. Parties and Scope
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the legal relationship between Shamanic Architecture ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"), operator of shamanicarchitecture.co ("the Site"), and any individual ("User", "you") who accesses or uses the Site and services offered thereon.
By accessing the Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
Through the Site, we offer the following services:
• Human Design chart generation and personalised analysis
• Consultation services in the fields of consciousness living, shamanic architecture, spiritual workds and personal development
• Appointment and enquiry requests via contact form
• Digital content and educational materials (where available)
The scope of services may be changed without prior notice. The content we provide is for informational and personal development purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or financial advice.
3. User Obligations
By using the Site, you agree to:

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
Prices for paid services are listed on the Site and may be displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) or another currency. Whether VAT/tax is included will be clearly stated at checkout.
5.2 Refund Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of delivery of a digital service if the service has not been fully performed. However, personalised analyses that have been prepared and delivered are non-refundable by their nature.
For EU consumers: In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a right of withdrawal from digital services; however, this right lapses once performance has begun with your explicit prior consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
• Our services and content are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• Human Design analyses and consultations are for spiritual and personal development purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the month in which the damage arose.
EU consumers: Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Turkish Users
These Terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising between the parties. The provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 are reserved for consumer transactions.
8.2 EU / EEA Users
EU consumers may exercise their rights under the consumer protection laws of their country of residence. Disputes may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
8.3 US Users
Services are subject to the laws of the State of New York and disputes may be subject to binding arbitration. Class action waivers are not enforceable where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice.
If you breach these Terms, we may suspend your account or discontinue service provision without prior notice, and a refund obligation may not arise in such circumstances.
10. Miscellaneous
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver: Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
